The Crisis
The Answer
Every day, men and women leave rehabilitation
with hope in their hearts —and nowhere to go.
-
No structure.
-
No belonging.
-
No purpose.
Relapse isn’t weakness.
-
It’s isolation.
Serenity Strides exists to fill the gap after rehab —
where recovery is most fragile and most important.
We use movement, mentorship, education, and community
to turn survival into direction.

Community & Purpose
Through structured running and physical activity, participants build routine, discipline, and confidence. Movement supports mental wellbeing, reduces stress, and creates a sense of belonging—key foundations for sustained recovery.
Serenity Strides offers one-on-one mentorship grounded in lived experience, supported by access to professional counselling. This approach helps individuals manage triggers, rebuild self-worth, and reduce the risk of relapse.
Recovery is strengthened by opportunity. Life skills training and education partnerships help participants build confidence, improve employability, and work towards long-term independence.
Safe, substance-free spaces allow individuals to connect, attend AA meetings, and find support. Participants are encouraged to give back through mentorship and volunteering, turning recovery into purpose.
